We develop and create the IHR method of collective human intelligence network. Any individual or collective group without internet access can search. The IHR method allows you to insert into the network and specifically to búsuqedas to 60% of the world population. The method works as a cell detects information needs outside the network and inserts to generate knowledge network, and benefit the social group and to all humanity.
